RETURNS
Have confidence in ordering with Cozycribbedding.com. If you are dissatisfied with any of our Products, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of receipt less shipping costs (if applicable) and a refund will be credited back to your credit card or PayPal Account.
All Items must be returned in original packaging and not used. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that have been used, laundered, or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding for refund or credit. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions as you will need to be issued with an authorization number to be included with your return shipment. RMA# must be on the outside of the packet as well as on all documentation. Any returns without a valid RMA# from us will be charged $20.00 as handling fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs in an exchange. Any questions in regards to returns please contact our friendly customer service any time.

SHIPPING WITHIN US AND CANADA
For all US FREE SHIPPING for Orders over $150.01
Shipping for orders upto $89.00 is $5.95.
Shipping for orders upto $150.00 is $9.99.
Any order that is shipped outside the USA is considered an International Order.
Shipping to Canada is $25.00 for first item and $2.00 for each additonal item thereafter.
All our products are warehouse and shipped from USA. We normally ship all in stock items within 1-3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders for US and Canada are usually shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone but in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed. Once we have posted your parcel we will email you a tracking number. On the rare occasion some items may be temporarily out of stock due to colour, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance, if so we will contact you on any item that is "out of stock" you can then choose either to replace your original request with another similar product or it can be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
Be absolutely sure to give a correct address, otherwise, there will be a $5.00 UPS correction fee. UPS assesses this fee so please make sure of the information you're about to submit.
If the product(s) was obviously damaged during shipping (i.e., a damaged box along with a damaged product) then you must file a claim with the expediter, i.e., UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, broker fees, duties and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. Since Cozy Crib Bedding does not collect any of these fees, we can not predict what these charges will be. You will need to contact the Post office in your country for more information.
If you prefer to use USPS or FedEx please contact Cozy Crib Bedding with your preference at the time of ordering.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
WARRANTY
All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by JMB Ventures. Cozy Crib Bedding is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Although good care is taken with each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty you will receive a replacement or be issued with a full refund if requestion. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Cozy Crib Bedding at no charge. Please read the care label sewn onto your product for laundry instructions, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if laundry instructions have not been adhered to and product has been damaged during the wash.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.
